Information we collect

Try Kling 4 collects account data such as your name, email address, authentication details, plan status, and support messages.

We collect usage data such as pages viewed, feature actions, generation requests, credit activity, device information, browser information, approximate location, logs, and error reports.

If you upload prompts, files, or other inputs, we process that content and the generated outputs to provide the service and maintain your account history. We do not use your uploaded content to train AI models.

How we use information

We use information to operate Try Kling 4, process AI generation requests, manage credits and billing, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and respond to support requests.

We may send transactional email for sign-in, payment, account, security, and service notifications.

Service providers

Payments may be processed by Stripe. Transactional email, hosting, storage, analytics, observability, database, and infrastructure providers may process data on our behalf.

AI providers may receive prompts, uploaded content, settings, and related metadata needed to complete a generation request.

Cookies and analytics

Try Kling 4 may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, security, analytics, and product performance.

You can control some browser storage through your browser settings, but disabling required storage may affect core account features.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your account data by contacting support@trykling4.com.

We may retain information when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, accounting, dispute resolution, or legitimate business records.
